Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of Employee Engagement and Employee Wellbeing on the Employee Retention Level of Asco Bekasi Branch. The research approach used is quantitative with a survey method. The number of samples consists of 32 employees with a census sampling technique, data processed using SPSS software version 27.0 for windows. Data collection was carried out through distributing questionnaires that had passed the validity and reliability test, then analyzed using multiple linear regression methods. The results of this study indicate that Employee Engagement (X1) personally has a positive but insignificant effect on the employee retention variable (Y), with a regression coefficient value for the Employee Engagement variable (X1) of 0.015 (positive) and the results of the t-test value of the significant value of the Employee Engagement variable (X1) of 0.951 > 0.05 and the t-value ≤ t-table, namely 0.061 ≤ 2.4523. Meanwhile, the employee welfare variable (X2) shows a positive and significant influence on employee retention (Y), with a regression coefficient value for the employee welfare variable (X2) of 0.607 (positive) and the results of the t-test of the significant value of the employee welfare variable (X2) of 0.001 <0.05 and the calculated t value> t table, namely 3.697> 2.4523. And simultaneously employee engagement (X1) and employee welfare (X2) have a significant influence on employee retention (Y), with a calculated f value> ft table, namely 24.411> 3.32 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. This finding confirms that increasing employee engagement (employee engagement) and employee welfare (employee welfare) are aspects that companies need to pay attention to in order to strengthen employee loyalty in order to increase employee retention.
