Abstract

The purpose of Internship at Tri Bhakti College of Economics is to give students the opportunity to get to know the world of work and how to work with good performance. It is an internship program that is intended to develop skills and use the knowledge that has been obtained to solve problems that occur in the world of work. It can also increase work experience, student insight, and teach students to be more disciplined and responsible for their work. The purpose of this internship report is to gain an understanding of OJK's Financial Information Service System (SLIK), commonly known as BI Checking, specifically about the Mechanism of Applying for Home Ownership Loans (KPR) at Bank BJB Syariah KCP Cikarang Central City. This internship uses methods such as documentation, literature study, interviews, and field studies in the internship. The results of the activity show that the Home Ownership Loan (KPR) Submission Mechanism is carried out systematically through cooperation with Notaries, Developers, Insurance and the Financial Services Authority. Students gain a direct understanding of the Home Ownership Credit (KPR) Application Mechanism starting from submission to the Home Ownership Credit (KPR) financing contract.
