Abstract
The development of E-commerce in Indonesia, especially Shopee, is growing rapidly because it offers easy transactions. However, amidst the tight competition between marketplaces, purchasing interest can be influenced by product quality, promotions, and services provided. This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality, promotions, and services on purchasing interest among Shopee application users in the Bekasi area. The study used a quantitative approach with an online purposive sampling technique to 115 respondents who are active Shopee users in the Bekasi area. The data analysis technique used the help of the SPSS version 27 application. The results of the partial test of the product quality variable have a positive and significant effect on purchasing interest with a value of 4.342 (Thitung) > 1.98157 (Ttabel) and a significant value of 0.001 < 0.05. The promotion variable with a value of 2.074 (Thitung) > 1.98157 (Ttabel) significant value of 0.040 < 0.05. And the results of the service variable with a value of 3.683 (Tcount) > 1.98157 (Ttable) significant value of 0.001 < 0.05. Simultaneously, these three variables have a significant effect on purchasing interest, obtained a value of 41.218 (Fcount) > 2.68 (Ftable) with a significant value of 0.001 < 0.05. This study provides evidence that Product Quality, Promotion, and service influence product purchasing interest on the Shopee application in the Bekasi area.
