Abstract
Contract workers at PD. Beling Abadi face several challenges in their work environment, including complaints about low wages, the absence of opportunities to become permanent employees, substandard work equipment, and incomplete personal protective gear. These issues highlight the need to examine factors influencing job satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the effect of job enrichment, work standards, and work environment on the job satisfaction of contract workers at PD. Beling Abadi. The study uses a quantitative approach with a saturated sample method of 77 respondents taken from a population of 77 contract employees at PD. Beling Abadi., and the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 27. The findings reveal that, partially, job enrichment has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction (sig. 0.006), while work standards and work environment have a positive and significant effect (sig. 0.000). Simultaneously, the three independent variables significantly affect job satisfaction, with an F value of 21.997 and a significance level of 0.000. The Adjusted R Square of 0.453 indicates that 45.3% of the variation in job satisfaction can be explained by job enrichment, work standards, and work environment, while the remaining is influenced by other factors beyond this study. In conclusion, improving work structure, implementing clear operational standards, and fostering a supportive work environment are crucial to enhance the job satisfaction of contract workers at PD.
