Abstract
This research was conducted to determine whether motivation and organizational culture affect employee work discipline at a digital marketing service company in Bekasi. This research used a quantitative approach, with primary data obtained through questionnaires distributed to employees. Saturated sampling and statistical techniques were used to test the hypothesis, namely multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that motivation has a positive and significant effect on work discipline, with a regression coefficient (β1) of 0.371 and a t-value of 3.555 > t-table 2.05183, as well as a significant value of 0.022 < 0.05. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on work discipline, as shown by the regression coefficient (β2) of 0.128 and the t-value of 2.985 > t-table 2.05183, with a significance value of 0.033. This means that, simultaneously, motivation and organizational culture have a real effect on work discipline. With an adjusted R Square value of 0.581, it shows that the independent variables used in this study, namely Motivation and Organizational Culture, can explain the dependent variable, namely Work Discipline, by 58%, while the remaining 42% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
