Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and work discipline on the performance of warehouse employees at PT. X. This type of research uses a quantitative research design with the IBM SPSS Statistics 27 data management application. The sample of this study is warehouse employees at PT. X using the saturated sample method. The results of this study indicate that the leadership variable influences employee performance as indicated by a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and t count 4.395> t table 2.052. Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance as indicated by a significance value of 0.007 <0.05 and t count 2.945> t table 2.052. Simultaneously, leadership and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance as indicated by a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and f count 118.600> f table 3.34. The determination test result was 0.890, indicating that leadership and work discipline were able to explain 89% of employee performance variables.
