Abstract

This internship report aims to analyze the process of monitoring maintenance bill payments on the Mohammed Bin Zayed (MBZ) Elevated Road managed by PT Jasamarga Jalanlayang Cikampek. Although there has been no cost overrun to date, this situation has the potential to cause cost inflation if not addressed immediately. The methods used in this study include field studies, which consist of direct observation and interviews, as well as literature studies. The problems identified in the process include differences between the planned work volume and the actual work done in the field, weaknesses in document monitoring and verification, lack of real-time supervision control, and the use of physical documents that are prone to administrative errors. Therefore, monitoring and control aspects still need to be strengthened to prevent potential cost overruns in the maintenance budget.
