Abstract

This internship Report is titled “The Recredenctialing Process Of Health Facility Service Quality” and is prepared as requirment for completing the internship course in the Management Study Program. This report discusses the stages of recredentialing partner health facilities to ensure that service quality remains in accordance with the standards of the National Health Insurance (JKN), including data updates in the HFIS application, completion of self-assesment, verification of administrative documents (practice lisenses and operational permits), onsite and online visitations, alignment of field data with the system, as well as scoring and result recapitulation as the basis for determination and reference for the Cooperation Agreement (PKS). During the internship, several challenges were identified, such as data discrepancies and tehnical issues during online visitation, highlighting the need for careful data verfication, optimal use of HFIS, and consistent data updtaes by health facilities. This report provides an overview of the importance of a structured recredentialing process in maintaining service quality for JKN partipants.
