Abstract

Internship Report of the Economic Study Program, Accounting Study Program, Tri Bhakti College of Economics, entitled “Procedure for Applying for Mantap Bussiness Pension Credit at Bank Mandiri Taspen Bekasi Branch office. This research was conducted at Bank Mandiri Taspen Bekasi Branch Office, which is a banking institution that focuses on providing finansial services for retirees, particularly in the distribution of productive kredit to support retirees’business activities. The methods used in this research are documentation methods, interviuw methods and literature studies. The procedure for applying for Mantap Business Pension Credit at Bank Mandiri Taspen Bekasi Branch Office has been carried out in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), starting from the submission of kredit application by customer, analysis of document completeness, kredit analysis process, up to the kredit disbursement stage. By implementing these procedures, Bank Mandiri Taspen Bekasi Branch Office is able to distribute kredit accurately and minimize the risk of non-performing loans.
