Abstract

This report discusses the process of membership data management at PT. Taspen (Persero) Bekasi Branch Office, as part of the Field Work Practice of students in the Management Study Proram at STIE Tri Bhakti. The study aims to identify and describe the membership data management process, as well as to identify the obstacles encountered and the efforts made to address them. The methods used include active participation, observation, documentation, and literature study during the internship. The results show that PT. Taspen (Persero) Bekasi Branch Office has implemented a systematic data management process, supported by technology such as the IP 57 system for document digitalization through scanning, data entry into Microsoft Excel, and physical document archiving into DOSIR. This process facilitates structured and secure management of participant data, although it still faces challenges such as internet network disruptions, unresponsive computer devices, and a shortage of personnel due to leave or official assignment. The author also contributed to document sorting, document digitalization, and membership data entry. Recommendations include strengthening the human resource backup system, reguler maintenance and hardware upgrades of computer devices, and improving internet network stability. This report is expected to provide benefits for improving the quality of membership data management at PT. Taspen (Persero) Bekasi Branch Office.
