Abstract

This internship report is based on the Field Work Practice activities conducted at the BPJS Kesehatan Headquarters in the Facilities and General Resources (SDSU) unit, specifically the Asset and General Services Management section, under the title “IMAPS-Based Asset Data Entry Procedures at the BPJS Kesehatan Headquarters.” The objective of this internship report is to understand the integrated asset management process based on IMAPS (Integrated Management Asset and Procurement System) to support the efficiency and effectiveness of the company’s asset management. The scope of work includes receiving procurement documents for goods and services, entering assets into the IMAPS system, the asset submission and approval process, and asset labeling using barcodes. The methods used included observation, documentation, interviews, and supporting reference studies. The results of the activities indicate that the implementation of the IMAPS system has improved administration, data accuracy, and the efficiency of integrated asset management from the planning stage through disposal. This system also facilitates asset monitoring, making it easier to track the condition, location, and economic life of assets. However, there is a constraint in the form of limited recording of assets valued at less than Rp2,500,000, which are not yet accommodated in the system; therefore, a solution in the form of additional recording and optimization of asset inventory is required. Overall, the implementation of IMAPS makes a positive contribution to improving the effectiveness of asset management, making it more modern, transparent, and integrated asset management system at BPJS Kesehatan Headquarters.
