Abstract

This internship report aims to understand the procedure for reporting Article 21 Income Tax (PPh 21) through the Coretax DJP application at HLT Tax Consultant and to identify the challenges encountered during its implementation. The methods used in this report include observation, interviews, and literature review. During the internship in the Tax Compliance division, the author was involved in the reporting process, including data verification, preparation of e-Bupot, submission of the Monthly Tax Return (SPT Masa), and issuance of the Electronic Receipt (BPE). The results indicate that the reporting procedure has been carried out systematically and in accordance with applicable tax regulations. The main challenges include delays in receiving client data, incomplete documents, and data entry errors. These issues were addressed through effective communication with clients and careful data verification before submission. The implementation of Coretax DJP has improved the effectiveness, accuracy, and efficiency of the Article 21 Income Tax reporting process.
