Abstract

This internship report, entitled "Asset Data Collection Process at the Tanjung Priok Warehouse of BPJS Kesehatan Head Office," was prepared as a requirement for completing the Internship Program in the Management Study Program. The report is based on the author's internship experience at BPJS Kesehatan Head Office and examines the fixed asset inventory data collection process carried out at the Tanjung Priok warehouse. The activities observed include physical asset inspection, temporary asset labeling, barcode identification, data entry into Microsoft Excel, asset condition assessment, documentation, and verification of inventory records. The primary objective of this report is to provide an understanding of the fixed asset inventory data collection procedures implemented by the Facilities and General Resources Division (Sumber Daya Sarana dan Umum/SDSU) at BPJS Kesehatan Head Office. During the internship, several challenges were identified, including the absence of barcodes on some assets, inconsistencies between administrative records and the physical existence of assets, the continued use of manual recording methods, and limited direct supervision throughout the inventory process. These findings indicate the need for regular asset inventory activities, the implementation of a more integrated digital asset management system, and stronger coordination and supervision to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and accountability of the fixed asset inventory process.
