Abstract

This internship report is entitled "Revenue Recording Procedures at PT. Gerobak Roti Nusantara at Momolin Bakery," and was prepared as one of the requirements for completing a course in the Accounting Study Program, Tri Bhakti College of Economics. This report is based on the results of an internship conducted at MOMOLIN BAKERY, a company operating in the bakery and cake industry since 2001, a family business that began in a rented house. This report focuses on revenue recording procedures, including the process of receiving transaction documents and recording revenue from vendors at the Taman Harapan Baru branch, through to the approval and payment process. During the internship, the author encountered several obstacles in the administration of payments for goods delivered, such as discrepancies between incoming goods (bread) and stock in the system, recording errors, and discrepancies in cost details on deposit reports and supporting documents. To address these challenges, the company implemented a structured administration system and coordinated across departments to minimize errors and late payments. This report aims to provide a concrete overview of the importance of orderly and structured payment administration procedures for shipping goods to ensure smooth operational activities and company financial management.
