Abstract

The Field Work Practice program aims to broaden insights, knowledge, and direct work experience within the industrial sector. The production process is a vital activity in manufacturing companies, involving the transformation of raw materials into finished products through the utilization of labor, machinery, and production equipment. This study aims to gain direct insight into the teddy bear production process at CV Sipaka Boneka. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and a literature review. The research findings indicate that the teddy bear production process comprises several stages: raw material preparation, pattern making, fabric cutting, sewing, stuffing (with Dacron), accessory attachment, finishing, quality control (QC), and packing. It can be concluded that each production stage plays a crucial role in producing high-quality teddy bears. Therefore, effective production planning and control are essential to ensure the production process operates efficiently and effectively.
