Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of Compensation (X1) and Partnership Relationship Quality (X2), both partially and simultaneously, on Gojek Driver Loyalty (Y) in Bekasi City. The results of the partial test (t-test) show that Compensation has a positive and significant effect on Driver Loyalty (t-calculated 3.663 > t-table 1.978; sig. < 0.001; regression coefficient 0.432; Beta 0.273). Partnership Relationship Quality also has a positive and significant partial effect, with a more dominant influence than Compensation (t-calculated 6.889 > t-table 1.978; sig. < 0.001; regression coefficient 0.727; Beta 0.513). The results of the simultaneous test (F-test) indicate that Compensation and Partnership Relationship Quality jointly have a positive and significant effect on Driver Loyalty (F-calculated 63.572 > F-table 3.07; sig. < 0.001), with the regression equation Y = 12.032 + 0.432X1 + 0.727X2. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.483 indicates that Compensation and Partnership Relationship Quality jointly explain 48.3% of the variation in Driver Loyalty, while the remaining 51.7% is explained by other factors outside the research model, such as work environment, motivation, or job satisfaction. Based on the descriptive analysis, drivers' perceptions of the three research variables were categorized as high: the average score for Compensation was 3.68, Partnership Relationship Quality was 3.77, and Driver Loyalty was 3.76 (on a maximum scale of 5), indicating that drivers generally perceived these three aspects positively. The phenomenon underlying this study is the high deductions imposed by the platform, as complained about by driver-partners, as well as the tendency of some drivers to change professions or move to other platforms, indicating that driver loyalty is not yet optimal. This study employed a quantitative method using a Likert-scale questionnaire. Data were collected from 135 active Gojek driver respondents in Bekasi City using accidental sampling and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS.
