Abstract

Purpose – This study aims to examine, obtain empirical evidence on, and analyze the influence of profitability, firm growth, firm size, and sustainability report disclosure on firm value within property and real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2022–2025 period. Design/methodology/approach – This study employs a quantitative approach using the panel data regression method. The research sample consists of 30 property and real estate companies meeting purposive sampling criteria, resulting in 120 observations over the 2022–2025 period. Data analysis utilizes the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) via EViews 9 software. Findings – The results indicate that: (1) profitability has no effect on firm value; (2) firm growth has a negative and significant effect on firm value; (3) firm size has no effect on firm value; and (4) sustainability report disclosure has no effect on firm value. Research limitations/implications – Research limitations include the relatively short observation period (2022–2025), the focus on a single sector (property and real estate), and the measurement of profitability being limited to Return on Assets (ROA).
