Abstract
Field Work Practice Report of the Economics Study Program, Department of Management, Tri Bhakti College of Economics entitled "The Use of Instagram as a Marketing Communication Media of PT PLN Persero UP3 Bekasi" and has a problem formulation, namely How is the role of Instagram as a medium in conveying information to the public, What are the obstacles to using Instagram as a communication medium to the public. This research was conducted at PT PLN UP3 Bekasi which is an electricity service company. The Field Work Practice method used is to make observations, interviews and satisfaction studies. PLN uses the Instagram application as a marketing communication medium at PLN UP3. There are several obstacles in conveying information through the Instagram application. PT PLN UP3 Bekasi has sufficiently followed developments in the world of marketing and implemented innovations that are in accordance with current developments.
