Abstract
The human resources managed by the company must comply with the crite-ria needed by the organization or must be able to support a fairly good perfor-mance, so that the goals set by the organization can be achieved according to the plans that have been formed According to (Law, General, & Employment, 2020) Provision of employee needs in Circular No. 4 of 2018 covers the provision of indi-vidual services in companies (“SE Menaker 4 of 2018”). Officially encourage the company's CEO to offer employees to his company, taking into account the needs of employees and the company's ability regarding company rules for the sake of agreement between employees and labor providers. The purpose of making this internship report is to find out the mechanism for providing employee needs at PT. Bandatama Dwijaya Putra. The preparation of this internship report was carried out using the primary data collection method with the results of interviews and ob-servations.
