Abstract

Internship Report of the Economics Study Program, Department of Management, Tri Bhakti College of Economics, entitled "Application of Recruitment in the KN7 Project at PT. Deksha Orla Tranggana” The method used in this internship report is the result of observations and interviews, and has a formulation of the problem, namely how to apply and constraints on the implementation of recruitment according to the requirements and qualifications for the KN7 Hydrococo Project at PT. Deksha Orla Tranggana. There are 6 requirements and qualifications that apply, namely women, education min. High School, Age max. 28 years, SPG MT/GT Experience, Good Looking & Good Selling, Ready to Work with targets. However, PT. Deksha Orla Tranggana experienced problems in implementing recruitment, especially the age limit, which had a negative impact on recruitment. Expanding the focus in implementing recruitment is a solution to obstacles in implementing recruitment.
