Abstract

Report on the Field Work Practice of the Economics Study Program, Department of Management, Tri Bhakti College of Economics, entitled "Implementation of Financial Statements at PT. Waskita Modern Realti” and has a problem formulation, namely how to apply and constraints on financial reports in accordance with Statement of Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) No.1 “PT Waskita Modern Realti. Field Work Practice methods used are interviews, observation and literature study. There are 5 types of application of financial statements according to Statement of Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) No. 1 namely the balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement, report on changes in capital and notes to the financial statements. However, PT. Waskita Modern Realti only applies balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements in the application of company reports which have an impact on low information about changes in capital and an assessment of the company's financial condition.
