Abstract
Companies increasingly require the use of standard operating procedures as a manual for carrying out work processes. Every business that understands how important this issue is will create and put into place a system called standard operating procedures. What are the barriers to applying the Standard Operating Procedures to obtain a certificate and how are they being applied? based on the findings of observations collected utilizing the field study methodology to learn how the SOPs are utilized to achieve a certificate. As a result, the Standard Operating Procedures for obtaining a certificate implemented by PT LSP Wisata Nusantara have not gone as intended. Therefore, there must be consistent and ongoing control so that in the future the implementation of the Standard Operating Procedures for obtaining a certificate implemented by PT LSP Wisata Nusantara can run smoothly.
