Abstract

This internship activity is carried out with the aim that students can know and analyze telemarketing activities at PT Lippo Cikarang Tbk. The internship is carried out for 3 monthsfrom May 3 to July 3, 2023. The author is placed in the Telemarketing division. This writing aims to fulfill the requirements of one of the courses. Writing this report outlines the benefits and objectives of Field Work Practices (PKL), to establish relationships between universitiesand institutions where students practice, by applying the knowledge they have acquired during lectures.
