Abstract

The system of receiving and issuing goods is an important element in running the company's operations. In the process, the system for receiving and issuing goods at PT. Sampoerna Legi Partners must be implemented properly and precisely so that mistakes do not occur that could have an impact in the future. Therefore, the goal to be achieved in this report is to find out how the system for receiving and issuing goods at PT. Partners Legi Sampoerna. To obtain the necessary data and information, the authors collect data through interviews and observations. The conclusion that can be drawn is the system of receiving and issuing goods at PT. Mitra Legi Sampoerna has been running according to the system set by the company. The company's internal control system has been running well, where there is a separation of functions related to the receipt and release of goods, the supervision of goods is also carried out properly, but it is still vulnerable to danger and risk, because the mechanism of purchasing, storing goods, recording to selling the company still uses data entry manually. To improve Internal Control, a flowchart is needed to help analyze data flow so that the cycle is clearer and according to established procedures.
