Abstract

The development of businessin Indonesia is currently very rapid as can beseen from the many businesses that are starting to develop, especially in the manufacturing sector. Every company, be it a trading company, a service company or a manufacturing company, always carries out various activities and the main activity is production. The Internship Practice will be held from 01 April 2023 to 30 June 2023 at PT Astra Honda Motor, Jl. Yos Sudarso, Sunter, North Jakarta. The purpose of this Internship is to find out how the production flow and Production Planning Control (PPC) work in the Line B Sticker Division. Production is part of economic activity that involves the manufacture, creation and production of goods or services. Technically, production involves the process of transforming inputs (raw materials) into outputs (finished products). Each industrial sector has a production line in a row of processing methods forraw materials to become final products. While the author carried out theinternship activities, there were several obstacles. Such as rejected body part raw materials (not in accordance with the quality specified by the company's Operational Standards (OS)) and inconsistent delivery of body part raw materials. So that it misses the predetermined target, both the processing time target, production unit targets, and production costs.
