Abstract

Internship Report on the Economics Study Program, Department of Accounting, STIE Tri Bhakti with the title "Systems and Procedures for Financing New Homes at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Bekasi Jatiwaringin". And has a problem formulation, namely what is the procedure for providing home financing at the Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Bekasi Jatiwaringin and what are the requirements needed in the process of implementing the provision of home financing at the Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Bekasi Jatiwaringin. The purpose of making an internship report is to find out, study the world of work and know the procedures and requirements for providing new home financing. The research was conducted at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk. which is a company engaged in the banking sector that has procedures for financing new homes. With the method of observation, documentation and literature study. The procedure for financing a new house at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Bekasi Jatiwaringin already has and is well implemented so that it makes it easier for prospective customers to follow the stages.
