Abstract

This Field Work Practice Report is entitled "Property Marketing Strategy at PT. Waskita Modern Realti." This Field Work Practice Report aims to find out the factors that influence consumers in purchasing property decisions and ways to get consumers interested and willing to work with companies. The source of data in this report is employees of the marcom & sales department. This Field Work Practice Report uses a qualitative approach using interview and observation methods as well as literature. From the results of the report it is known that the factors that influence consumers in purchasing property decisions are price, income, location, quality, and property facilities so that PT. Waskita Modern Realti takes this into account in establishing a marketing strategy to attract consumers. This can be seen from the various conveniences and facilities offered to consumers by PT. Waskita Modern Realti.
