Abstract
Field work practice is one of the student activities in lectures with the aim of preparing students to enter the real world of work in the future. By participating in this field work practice, students can experience a real sense of carrying out their duties responsibly and improve their abilities, both hard skills and softskills, so that they are ready and equipped to enter the world of work. Through the Field Work Practice Report in this study it aims to find out the activities of sales assistants in carrying out good standard operating procedure services carried out by Batik Keris Shops. As well as what aspects become obstaclesin the implementation of service quality. This opportunity is used by the author in observing all forms of work, thereby increasing knowledge in the world of work, and applying the knowledge gained at the STIE Tri Bhakti campus. The data collection technique used in this report is direct practice.
