Abstract

This study was to determine the effect of work motivation and discipline on the performance of natural product tempo employees. This research was conducted at natural product tempo which is located Jl. Cimandiri 1 No.3F, Sukaresmi, Cikarang Sel., Bekasi Regency, West Java 17530 The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression, and the sampling technique uses simple random sampling technique, namely the technique of selecting members of the sample randomly from the population without taking into account the existing strata in the population. The results of this study indicate that motivation and work discipline simultaneously affect employee performance, as evidenced by the f count of 33.607 > f table of 3.16. work motivation has a partial effect on employee performance as represented by a calculated significance level of 3.788 > t table 2.203 with a significance of 0.01 <0.05 and work discipline also has a partial effect on employee performance as represented by a significance level t calculated 2.210 > t table 2.203 with a significance at 0.03 <0.05. While work discipline has a partial effect on employee performance.
